Tīwhiri 2 Pānui programme Online Organisation (Microsoft 365)
This post is for pouako/kaiako that utilise Microsoft Teams and are fortunate enough to have a class/group set of devices.
This online' version of a Pānui Rotational Plan can be implemented successfully in years 5 up.

Hua/Benefits: Tamariki
- encourages self directed learning
- supports tamariki to work at their own pace
- builds foundational skills towards NCEA (online instructions-comprehension)
Whakaritenga:
- Create a Team-Pānui
- Within the Pānui Team create one channel for each of your Pānui Rōpū-choose an avatar/image
- Select a Pānui rōpū and post an announcement outlining the day's tasks
- Upload a link to the digital book in Kauwhata Reo e.g. He aha ahau? KKa (select the image below for reference)
- If you have time-record yourself or a colleague reading the book(easy using Iphone Voice memos)-upload link
- Upload Ngohe/Activity e.g. Kimi Hā Resources-Kupu Noho Nanu shown below
- Repeat for each Pānui Rōpū/Channel

The beauty of this online organisation is the minimal effort required to set Pānui tasks daily. At a glance you can see each Pānui Rōpū focus book and the tasks set which enables you to monitor clearly each rōpū and their progress.
Once you get the hang of it, your planning time for each day is reduced to 30 minutes maximum to set up each rōpū daily task for the next day.
